Shipping policy

Where we ship from. Every product on this site is held in a warehouse in the United States and dispatched from there. We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long it takes. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-12 business days from dispatch. Because our stock sits in the United States, there are no customs charges or import duties on your order.

Orders with more than one item. Some orders, including our bundles, ship as separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number and they may arrive on different days. If one parcel arrives and another has not, the second one is still on its way.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable parcels. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
